Toward a future where everyone can live as themselves. WWAs held a supporter meetup event.

News,Reports

March 8th is International Women's Day, a day celebrated worldwide to advance the status of women and realize gender equality, and March is International Women's History Month.
Ahead of March, when awareness of women's rights and health increases both domestically and internationally, "Women's Wellness Action from Shibuya (WWAs)" aims to create a society where women can live their lives in a healthy mind and body. ), the "WWAs Supporter Meetup" was held. Supporters and companies discussed the future of women's wellness while looking back on activities in 2023.

In March 2024, WWAs will celebrate two years since the start of their activities. Together with individual and corporate supporters who support our activities, we have planned and implemented various activities and events to raise awareness and send messages. While looking back at the activities of WWAs, we once again discussed how we should all work together to create a future where women can live healthy lives in their own way.

In the second half of the event, in collaboration with Voicy Co., Ltd., a media partner of WWAs, a special conversation was held in advance of International Women's Day on March 8th, ``Stereotypes hidden in our lives and our happiness.'' We provided an opportunity for each participant to face the small assumptions and prejudices they have about themselves and those around them, and to gain hints on how to live more happily in their own way.

The content of the special conversation is being broadcast in three parts: the first half, the second half, and an extra part, as part of Voicy's ongoing talk theme feature "#The moment you realize your assumptions". Please listen to it.
