By presenting such experiences and activities from Shibuya to the world as a new possibility of urban life, we aim to ultimately lead to the sustainable development of society as a whole, not just Shibuya Ward. Future Design Shibuya (FDS), a general incorporated association, is looking for members and public partners who support the philosophy and purpose of this corporation and aim to promote Shibuya Ward as a whole through the connection with this association. 入会のお申し込みについて
Please fill out and seal this membership application form and send it from the application form or mail it to Future Design Shibuya.
お申し込みの流れ
- Please send the stamped membership application form to Future Design Shibuya by using the application form or mail.
- We will judge at Future Design Shibuya.
- Those who have passed the examination will be sent an invoice for the membership fee from Future Design Shibuya.
- Once you receive the invoice, please transfer the membership fee to the specified account.
*As a general rule, membership begins from the month following the month of transfer.
退会について
Please send the withdrawal notice from the application form or mail it to Future Design Shibuya at least 30 days before withdrawal.
The membership fee will not be refunded even if you withdraw from the membership in the middle of the business year.
SUPPORTER
We are looking for individuals who agree with the purpose and activities of Future Design Shibuya and would like to support us financially (donate). Those who donate will receive a Future Design Shibuya Supporter sticker.

- Select donation amount (starting from 1,000 yen)
