KDDI, Future Design Shibuya, and Shibuya City Tourism Association held "Virtual Halloween 2023" from October 27th to October 31st.
This year, with the theme of "Stay Virtual - Let's connect beyond the real world," over 30 guests will appear and over 25 events will be held, making it the largest event ever. We developed events and attractions unique to the virtual space where you can fully enjoy the Halloween spirit, and a total of approximately 1.5 million people participated, the largest ever.

"Virtual Halloween 2023", which will be held for the fourth time this year, will be held under the theme of "Stay Virtual-Let's connect beyond the real world" with "αU metaverse", "cluster", "YouTube", "OPENREC", "REALITY", "Metapa" '', we held live music and streaming events on a multi-platform scale, one of the largest ever, with various artists and comedians appearing every day. Attraction content that can be enjoyed at any time during the event includes photo spots where you can take commemorative photos with popular artists and VTubers, and Halloween-like games, allowing participants to enjoy Halloween in their own way.
In addition, KDDI's metaverse ``αU metaverse'' held a number of user-participatory events in conjunction with the expansion of its functionality to allow users to enjoy interactive interactions during the virtual Halloween period. In a project where members of the popular idol group FRUITS ZIPPER interacted with fans within the "αU metaverse," the members were able to converse with fans within the metaverse, and the members expressed surprise and joy. In addition, at the "Popular Voice Actor Gathering! Halloween Party," popular voice actors will enter the Metaverse and answer questions from fans, and popular comedians will appear in virtual Shibuya and Osaka in a guerrilla manner to play tag and take commemorative photos with fans. We have held a new fan meeting in a virtual space, such as having fun.
Furthermore, on October 24th, a virtual karaoke box will open in the Shibuya Center Gai area of "αU metaverse". For a limited time only, 100 popular JOYSOUND songs can be enjoyed for free, and it is used as a place to interact not only with distant friends but also with people you have met for the first time in the Metaverse.
This year, when the flow of people has recovered, issues such as drinking on the streets and garbage in Shibuya have become issues, and the event was held as part of the "Shibuya Good Manners Project" by Future Design Shibuya and the "Sustainable Shibuya Project" by the Shibuya City Tourism Association. Ta. Utilizing the functions of "αU metaverse", both endorsers and fans will be able to have a voice conversation, and by expanding the content that allows for two-way communication to be enjoyed more than in previous years, a new Halloween and city that blends the real and virtual will be created. Utama Karaoke Challenge! Aim for BINGO with live streaming
Speedwagon's Jun Idoda will be the MC, Reiwa's song imitation heroine Yoyoyo-chan, and Oshira-san of the [Singing Skills Improvement Committee] who is active on YouTube as a charismatic voice trainer, has 1.8 million subscribers. “Blood Party Friday” special collaboration!
OPENREC's popular official program "Blood Party Friday" has a special Halloween collaboration with "αU metaverse"! During the live broadcast, we enjoyed a game showdown with guests. After that, all the performers will enter the "αU metaverse" and take on the "Halloween cleaning mission" where they will pick up trash while avoiding attacking zombies! Buigoma (V Maki Goto) 3D unveiling distribution in virtual Shibuya
Not only will the popular VTuber Buigoma (V Goto Maki) unveil her 3D appearance for the first time, but she will also perform her first live performance. Buigoma, who appeared on a special stage in Virtual Shibuya, was asked what she wanted to do virtually, and she immediately answered, "I want to get a tan!" A collaboration between Virtual Halloween and a popular variety show. Popular comedians such as the always cheerful Mr. Yasumura, Mr. Magical Lovely, Mr. Sanshiro, Mr. Yochikami, Mr. Time Machine No. 3, and Mr. Kitsune appear in a special edition that will brighten your Halloween night with laughter. A “wall reflection meeting” where nostalgic characters gathered together was streamed on the αU YouTube channel and Virtual Osaka. The next day, October 29th, Magical Lovely's Crystal Noda will be taking a virtual walk through Shibuya and Osaka in what is called the "Talk Live Overtime". The event was a lively event, with participants receiving advice on muscle concerns and taking commemorative photos.

BŌSŌ TOKYO Presents ReVers3:x Feat.GIRL'S POWER
BŌSŌ TOKYO Presents "ReVers3:x Feat. GIRL'S POWER" is led by artist Yayoi Daimon and is centered around the creative team "Sister Hood," which includes dancer BROWNFISH ERI, makeup artist/designer MARIN KADOWAKI, and DJ XUNA. Amane Tsukisari, Suzuka Chinzei, and Noel Hayase from the 7-member idol group FRUITS ZIPPER will appear in "Virtual Shibuya" for the second consecutive year. In addition, Yui Sakurai, Ruka Nakagawa, Mana Manaka, and Karen Matsumoto will appear on the metaverse app "αU metaverse" provided by KDDI, and they will enjoy interacting with fans in two metaverses on Halloween night. Liver Ranking Battle Virtual Halloween 2023 Cup
A ranking battle will be held in collaboration with popular VTuber Inuyama Tamaki. Kobi Uriko, who took first place in the overall ranking, expressed her gratitude to the fans, saying, ``It was fun to have deep conversations with so many people. Thank you for your support.'' Every day, many livers and fans interacted at the distribution venues in Shibuya and Osaka within the "αU metaverse."
