As part of the Shibuya Good Manner Project (https://shibuya-good-manner.com/), which aims to make Shibuya a safe and secure city, we have launched the Shibuya Good Manner Challenge feat. Fortnite (https://shibuya-good-manner.com/fortnite/), which was co-created with transcosmos Inc. and EbuAction Inc. to solve social issues such as nuisance drinking on the streets and littering. We have released the Shibuya City Boss Fight on the metaverse game Fortnite, which is popular among young people. We provide an experience where parents and children can raise awareness of social issues and promote manners while enjoying the game.
We set up promotional booths for the Shibuya Good Manners Project at various venues, including sporting events and local events, and held the SHIBUYA Good Manner Challenge feat. Fortnite experience event.

OyaGAO Fest
Date: Sunday, November 24, 2024
In order to spread the Shibuya Ward initiative to other cities and to raise children's awareness of the garbage problem through gaming experiences, we also provided a trial session at the "OyaGAO Fest" held at Machida Techno Park in Machida City. In cooperation with Japan Cell, which is also an executive committee member of the OyaGAO Fest, we cooperated with the "SHIBUYA Good Manner Challenge feat. Fortnite" and had about 300 children, mainly elementary school students, try out the game.
Changing awareness of social issues and raising etiquette awareness based on visitor surveys
A non-intrusive approach is important when reaching young people. By combining the fun of games with awareness of manners such as "don't litter," we can expect to deepen understanding between children and parents through game experience sessions and achieve positive results.
