Furthermore, this academy is also in collaboration with Next Generations partner Tokyu Land Corporation. Tokyu Land Corporation, from its position as a pioneer in creating the "Shibuya of the future," provided us with a lecture venue and opportunity based on its specialized knowledge and perspective on the public nature and space use of Shibuya, and together with the students, we will work with them to create the Shibuya of the future. <About Tokyu Land Corporation>
Tokyu Land Corporation is implementing "PROJECT LIFE LAND SHIBUYA," an initiative in the greater Shibuya area based on the concept of "Let's start with people." Through co-creation with diverse people and companies and the creation of mechanisms and spaces for exchange, we cycle through "creation," "dissemination," and "accumulation," and build partnerships and alliances with people and companies who sympathize with us. The company plans to open four projects in the Shibuya Sakuragaoka, Harajuku/Jingumae, Daikanyama, and Yoyogi Park areas by 2024. By linking areas in the greater Shibuya area, we will enhance the appeal of the town from a long-term perspective.

In 2024, Future Design Shibuya will support the ``Urban Sports Club,'' which will be launched to support local club activities, by providing information and products related to cleanliness measures. We plan to work together to develop ideas.
