Nine ideas from the themes of Culture Design, Woman's Wellness, and Play Diversity were selected for final judging. The idea of the grand prize will be implemented in society together with Future Design Shibuya and partner companies.
A final screening was held for the ideas recruited for the "NOVUS FUTURE DESIGN AWARD" announced at "SOCIAL INNOVATION WEEK SHIBUYA2022" (hereinafter referred to as SIW) held in November 2022.
The NOVUS FUTURE DESIGN AWARD is a project that rewards projects and creative actions that lead society in a positive direction with new ideas and perspectives. We will reward people, ideas, and creations that will transform cities and society and create the future. The award-winning work is a practical award that moves toward realization with Shibuya City and partner companies, and includes not only communication and design, but also technology, services, research, and content.
At the final judging committee, after document screening, presentation screening was conducted by the 9 groups that remained in the final screening, and awards were given for each award. For the best award-winning work, we will try to implement it in society with SIW, etc., together with Shibuya City and partner companies, and work to contribute to the creation of a better society.

High school students from all over the country who are interested in innovation and entrepreneurship interact online, nurture their imagination and action, develop a network of peers, and train to give shape to their ideas when they go out into the world. Club activity type platform. Each high school conducts this activity regularly in the same way as regular club activities. The main activities are sharing ideas online with club members nationwide, exchanging opinions on each other's ideas, exchange meetings at events planned by students, and holding competitions on entrepreneurial themes.
Culture Design Award: "Urban confectionery project"

New culture is born every day in Shibuya Ward, and food culture is one of them. In particular, the area around Omotesando is lined with gorgeous high-brand stores, and there are many shops that sell sweets that attract a large number of people. I would like to promote the creation of urban culture and a tourist city with a project that makes use of the characteristics of the city, an art work that combines Omotesando and sweets in Shibuya Ward. Presenting new perspectives and values to the world through experiences and works.
Woman's Wellness Award: "Sanitary napkins are made free of charge by using them as advertising spaces"Saniad"

Women's sanitary napkins went up in price last year. "Menstrual poverty", in which women cannot purchase sanitary products for economic reasons, has become a problem.
Therefore, we used the napkin packaging as media and advertising space for women. By making it free instead of advertising, not only does it reduce the burden on women, but the impression of advertisers is not buried compared to advertisements in other media, and it is possible to increase the favorability of women.
Play Diversity Award: "Chief Gal Officer"

Gyaru has created a lot of culture from Shibuya, but recently, gyaru are moving away from Shibuya. Meanwhile, a girl mind, that is, the attitude of sticking to "like", the courage to follow one's intuition, and positive thinking are attracting attention as the essential essence in today's uncertain world. We will promote the introduction of a Chief Gal Officer (CGO) within the organization, bring out the gyaru mind in people's hearts, and make the city and people of Shibuya attractive.

It took a little courage to plan a real experience of menstruation that is usually difficult to talk about.
