"Moshimo Fes Shibuya 2022" is based on the flow of the Shibuya Ward Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Drill (SHIBUYA BOSAI FES) that was held until 2019. This is a new event to spread and enlighten "disaster prevention / mitigation" in the park with the participation of Shibuya residents and visitors.
At the time of the event, we will organize a festival executive committee and start recruiting sponsors / partner companies, exhibitors / organizations.
In addition, we will continue to work on "Moshimo Project Shibuya" as a challenge to propose a new form of "disaster prevention / mitigation" by utilizing the city of Shibuya, which is a representative city of Japan. We would like to work to increase the resilience of the city through co-creation with various companies and organizations, so please refer to this as well.

If an earthquake occurs directly under the Tokyo metropolitan area, many transportation systems will stop, and there are about 5 million people who have difficulty returning home, about 3 million people who have been evacuated, and there is a forecast that food will be scarce. In addition, it is said that as many as 75% of people stop thinking due to the occurrence of an unexpected disaster and cannot take appropriate actions. "What if" always happens "someday". However, if we prepare for "what if", the future will change drastically. This project is set in Shibuya, where diverse people such as people who live, work, and play gather, and by thinking about what each person can do for "If Day" and preparing for it, we will create a resilient city. This is an initiative we are aiming for.
