This exhibition faithfully reproduces the world of the TV Asahi art program "Ars-kun and Techne-chan", and outlines the exhibition with the original voice of the virtual singer KAF, who is the audio guide (narration) in the program. And you can listen to the introduction of each artist's work. It is an event where you can enter the world of TV programs in a virtual space and experience new communication.
2. 2. Exhibiting the works of contemporary artists full of individuality using techniques unique to virtual space
Three people are participating in this exhibition: artist Asako Fujikura, painter Nami Yokoyama, and artist Momo Yoshino. We will exhibit a number of unique works using virtual expression methods and techniques that make use of gimmicks. You can enjoy the new scenery of Miyashita Park that you have never seen before, colored by three artists.
Asako Fujikura uses 3DCG to create a vivid world in the virtual space of Miyashita Park, imagining the future of the scenery that you usually see. With the sensibility unique to Mr. Fujikura, the sky and buildings are repainted with vivid colors, and pink glossy rocks come and go.
Painter Nami Yokoyama is exhibiting a series of works depicting neon tubes with the letters "LOVE" shining on them, and incorporates a mechanism to wrap around behind the paintings that cannot be seen in a realistic exhibition hall.
The artist, Momo Yoshino, used a visual mechanism to display the entire wall of the hotel "sequence MIYASHITA PARK" as a work, a work in which the space continues like a mirror, and an integral part of the wall. Playful works will be exhibited in the lawn open space.

Comment from artist Asako Fujikura
It may be difficult to take a part of the city of Shibuya to the back layer at a certain time, according to the law in front of you. Rather than not being able to do it, it is because we do not know how to cut out a certain space in a limited way, position it as something there, and recognize it. I still don't know where the virtual space is, who creates it, and how it interferes with reality, but when the place where the body stands and the virtual space exist as contrasts, in my head. If it were to be assembled as a diagram of, I would put pink stones on both sides and continue to think here about the depths that start from there.

Comment from painter Nami Yokoyama
The structure of words and neon is very similar. Just as words always have meaning, neon has distribution lines and frames that support glass tubes and emit light. They do not hold if either is missing. The glass tube represents the shape of the word, and the distribution lines and frames behind it represent the shape of the word as the meaning of the word. For me, who deals with the substance of painting, exhibiting in virtual space was a difficult problem. There are no restrictions in the real world because the weight, lightness and size can be set freely. However, painting as a substance is built within that constraint. Therefore, this time, I thought that it would be possible to create a space that asks again what a painting is by creating elements that are not necessary for the virtual space, such as the structure that supports the painting and the metal fittings that attach the painting. We asked the development team to reproduce the fasteners for hanging the painting on the wire mesh and the back side of the painting. Please see the front and back of the painting while walking in the exhibition space.

Comment from artist Momo Yoshino
Draw as if there is depth in the unique environment such as walls, ground, and blocks. The painting creates a relationship with the surrounding materials and involves the surrounding space and the viewer. I think that the painting can be expanded by jumping over the frame.
This time, the two-dimensional works created in the past and the 3D model used as a sketch in recent years stand three-dimensionally in the virtual space so as to interfere with the actual building in Miyashita Park and the virtual environment. raised. You can enter the world of works that have appeared on the surface. Experience the expanse of painting beyond dimensions.

I will also participate in "Ars-kun and Techne-chan Parallel Art Park" with narration! There is no doubt that the museum in virtual space is packed with excitement. Absolutely fun. I really want everyone to see the wonderful works of the artists ...!
