Shibuya Ward announced the basic environmental plan in April 2018. This plan focuses on having each and every one of you tackle environmental issues as a regional issue.
Therefore, this winter, we have prepared an opportunity to think with you about what kind of issues you have and what kind of actions you should take in the two areas of the ward.
