Electronic music & digital art festival "MUTEK.JP 2019" will be held in Shibuya! (Supported by Future Design Shibuya, etc.)

The 4th electronic music & digital art festival "MUTEK.JP" from Montreal, Canada will be held in various places in Shibuya from Wednesday, December 11th to Sunday, December 15th.

This year too, Japanese and international artists exploring the possibilities of digital art will gather together.

And it is decided to show off the latest dance performance "discrete figures" in collaboration with American media artist Kyle MacDonald.

Robert Henke's laser installation live that overturns the concept of time axis and space and puts the audience in a conscious meditative state with percussive audio.

An audiovisual show by Ken Kodate, who won the grand prize at the 22nd Japan Media Arts Festival.

We bring you creative and innovative audiovisual live performances, conferences, workshops and exhibitions, including live sets by Rrose, a leading producer of modern techno-minimal-experimental music.

The venue this time will be large-scale urban development such as the next-generation entertainment hall "LINE CUBE SHIBUYA", "Shibuya Hikarie Hikarie Hall", "Shibuya Stream Hall", and Shibuya's creative space "EDGE of". Only new sights in Shibuya that change dramatically.

And at Ebisu's "Liquid Room", an enthusiastic night where art and technology intersect by cutting-edge artists will unfold.

"MUTEK.JP" will disseminate to the world cultural arts that will lead to the creation of even more attractiveness in Tokyo through a number of innovative programs.
