Together with Future Design Shibuya 's public partners, the Japan Women's Professional Soccer League (WE League), and Rikkyo University, Shibuya City is implementing measures to make Halloween a safe and secure city as part of an industry-academia collaboration project. will be held at the 2023-24 WE League Cup Final.
As part of the Shibuya Good Manners Project, the 2023-24 WE LEAGUE CUP FINAL Sanfrecce Hiroshima Regina vs. Albirex Niigata Ladies match will be held at Todoroki Athletics Stadium (Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture) on Saturday, October 14th. You can watch the game while wearing a Halloween costume.
In addition, on the day of the event, a costume contest will be held on a special stage called "Who will be the costume champion? WE League's first Halloween King Tournament", which is open to everyone from children to adults.
The six outstanding players will be asked to serve as flag bearers (the role of holding the WE League flag at the ceremony before the start of the game) at the WE League final stage. Additionally, all participants will receive Halloween sweets as a participation prize!
The streets of Shibuya are not a Halloween venue. Please enjoy Halloween a little early at the WE League venue.

You can apply with a full-body costume or a one-point costume.
