"YOU MAKE SHIBUYA Crowdfunding", which was held in the summer of 2020 to support the industries that have driven the culture of Shibuya, such as the entertainment industry, fashion industry, restaurant industry, hairdressing industry, etc., affected by the spread of the new coronavirus infection. Using support money and part of the city's financial resources, we are improving the means of contacting about 30,000 stores and businesses in Shibuya City to digital communication using e-mail. In addition, we are working to build an information infrastructure for supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the city by centrally managing business information in Shibuya City, which has been collected in a different way than before, in a single database.
Cheetah Digital supported the construction of a business database and email distribution with Cheetah Messaging, a cross-channel marketing automation tool. We also created a data registration form using Cheetah Messaging as a means of collecting and updating business information.
