Greetings for 2020
With the understanding and cooperation of many companies, local organizations, educational institutions, collaborative local governments, and everyone in Shibuya Ward, we are very grateful that Future Design Shibuya has successfully entered its third year.
Future Design Shibuya is to implement a town development project in collaboration with multiple actors, to solve various social issues and design a new future of Shibuya while maintaining and developing the depth of Shibuya's bosom that allows diversity. Was founded in. In close cooperation with Shibuya Ward, in order to accelerate the realization of the basic concept that Shibuya Ward is aiming for, we have been promoting various businesses and disseminating Shibuya to Japan and the world.
In the third year, we will welcome Mr. Osawa from Shibuya Ward as the new secretary general from this year, and we will develop activities to further strengthen the organization with a new system and further enhance the value of Shibuya. Thank you for your continued support.

At the board meeting held on March 27, Osawa was appointed as the new secretary general, so we would like to inform you of the new secretariat system as follows. Inauguration greetings
I was newly appointed as the secretary general of Future Design Shibuya, which is in its third year since its establishment. In order to embody the concept of Shibuya Ward's basic concept of "a city that changes differences from one another", various stakeholders co-create with an unprecedented mechanism, promote open innovation, implement it in Shibuya, and create a future town. We would like to further promote the efforts of Future Design Shibuya that will contribute.
For me, the activities of this organization are always positive for both Shibuya Ward and private stakeholders, and I hope to make that more visible. I feel that it is important to further strengthen cooperation with partner companies including Shibuya Ward and create a system where this organization can receive more consultations and suggestions from everyone. Secretary General Kazumasa Osawa Biography
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1958. Since entering Shibuya Ward in 1982, he has been in charge of general affairs, public relations, welfare, cleaning, sports, etc. Engaged in Shibuya station area maintenance, Miyashita Park maintenance, Shibuya countdown, Halloween measures, etc. Appointed as Future Design Shibuya Secretary General from April 2020.
