"SHIBUYA Urban Farming Project" launched with the participation of 17 partner companies

Press release

Seventeen partner companies have joined the "SHIBUYA Urban Farming Project," which was launched by Future Design Shibuya and Kewpie Corporation, a company that has signed an S-SAP (Shibuya Social Action Partner) agreement with Shibuya Ward. The project aims to promote urban greenery and biodiversity while building a community unique to Shibuya and realizing a new food culture.

Together with our partner companies, we are thinking about what we can do as city dwellers, and are supporting the establishment of farms in Shibuya Ward, collaborating with local groups to carry out food education activities, and holding events that local residents can participate in. Through urban farming, we aim to promote urban greening and biodiversity, while forming a community that is unique to Shibuya and realizing a new food culture.
