One year after its establishment, Women's Wellness Action from Shibuya members and participants decided and announced this year's "My Wellness Action"!
On "International Women's Day" on March 8, women face their daily lives in collaboration with meetalk Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Naoko Yamanaka, hereinafter "meeTalk"), which operates a community of female entrepreneurs and leaders. A discussion event was held to raise awareness of women's unique health issues and encourage action to resolve them.
We dealt with women's unique health problems that occur at each life stage, including puberty, pregnancy and childbirth, menopause, and old age. It was the first general participation type discussion event, but regardless of occupation, age, or gender, the participants interacted with experts and leaders who are taking action to improve wellness, ideas were born and many action declarations were made. gathered, and it became a meaningful meeting with a high amount of heat.
Also, at the exchange meeting, I was able to have new awareness and connections. In the future, we will create opportunities to back up the progress of actions, feedback for development, and further progress.
Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in collaboration or activity support.

“From Shibuya, where diverse people gather, we will create opportunities and networks to gather! 』
With the keyword "women's health changes the world", we are promoting activities with the desire to create a society where not only women but all people can face their minds and bodies and respect each other. On the day of International Women's Day, one year after the start, I am grateful that we were able to connect with our supporters in this way, have discussions, and even create time to create actions that will lead to smiles tomorrow. This activity is meaningful for each individual to act on their own initiative, but it is also important to have friends who can share. To that end, what we can do is create opportunities and networks for everyone to gather in Shibuya, where diverse people gather.
