The year-end and New Year holidays are a time of many events and drinking opportunities. Drinking on the street not only obstructs traffic, but also leads to problematic behavior such as littering, noise, and fighting.
In order for everyone in Shibuya to enjoy the year-end and New Year holidays safely and securely, please refrain from engaging in nuisance behavior such as drinking on the street and follow good manners.
